  • How soon will I receive my certificate?

    The certificate is issued once the administrative work is completed verifying that you have met all the criteria for successful completion. 

  • What is the Admissions Policy for the In Plant programme?

    Employers wishing to access training through the In-Plant Programme should communicate the request in writing to the Director of Training. If the programme that the client is interested in is not readily available, a new course is developed for the programme.

  • How do I become an Apprentice?

    Completing an application form gets the process started. After this you must be:

    1. interviewed by an inspector and a potential host employer
    2. Accepted by the employer

    Persons under 18 years must also be examined by a medical practitioner who will certify that they are fit.

    The CLA centre is where most of the Board’s Evening programmes are held. It is known for its Agricultural and Engineering programmes. CLA is the BVTB’s largest centre and it continues to be expanded.
