This programme caters to homemakers, cooks, and individuals who wish to add variety to their menus and improve their culinary skills. Beginner topics include basic cooking methods, pastries and salads.

  • Is there an age limit?

    Yes, applicants must be at least age sixteen (16) to be considered for selection to most programmes. Some programmes require the student to be at least eighteen (18) years of age.

  • Is there a job attachment involved?

    During training some persons are sent on job attachment. Selection for job attachment is determined by the trainee’s performance, attitude, and behaviour as well as the availability of spaces at participating companies.

  • When do Evening Programme classes begin?

    Evening Programmes are run three times a year and begin approximately in January, May, and September.

    The All Saints Centre is known for its Bar and Restaurant Services, International Cooking and Garment Making programmes. It has modern cooking facilities, as well as a gazebo-styled bar and restaurant and a garment-making room equipped for the training of industrial sewing machine operators.
